Return Window:

  • Most products: 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Certain items: 15 days from the date of purchase (e.g., some electronics, seasonal items).

Making a Return or Exchange:

  • Easy Access: Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal or contact our customer support
  • Clear Instructions: Tell us about your item and the reason for your return or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Prepaid Label: No need to print anything! We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email for convenient return shipping.

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • For exchanges, items must be unworn and free of any marks or alterations.
  • Valid proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt).
  • Excludes personalized/customized items unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • No worries! If your Lumive product arrives damaged or becomes defective within the return window, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund.
  • Just let us know: Contact customer support, and we’ll take care of everything.

Repairs:

  • We’ve got your back! Product repairs caused by malfunction or product quality issues will be repaired free of charge within the return window.
  • For repairs outside the return window or those caused by customer misuse, we’ll provide a detailed quote before proceeding. You’ll have the option to approve or decline the repair.

Refunds:

  • Fast Processing: We’ll process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs:

  • For returns: We cover the cost of return shipping for any defective or damaged items within the return window. For other returns, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • For exchanges: Standard shipping charges apply to all exchange orders.

After the Return Window:

  • We’re still here to help! Visit a Lumive service center for repair or replacement options.
  • Repair/Replacement Costs: Service center fees may apply depending on the nature of the issue and warranty coverage. Contact us for specific details.
