Easy to install
Follow the supplied instructions to quickly and easily install our Fingerprint Smart Door Lock by Lumive. Without any outside aid, you can install it on the left side of your door, but for a speedy installation and any necessary door modification, we advise getting a technician's assistance.
Power Backup
In the event of a dead battery, the smart lock will sound an alarm. You may then temporarily recharge the electronic lock using a USB Type-C power source, a mobile power source, or any other power source.

How can I unlock the Guardian G12?
Every Guardian G12 opens five ways: the app, fingerprint (3D sensor, about 0.6 seconds, with anti-prosthetic detection), an M1 RFID card, a passcode on a backlit touch keypad, and a mechanical key. Auto-lock re-secures the door after a set period.
Can the Guardian G12 be used on an outdoor door?
Yes, the G12 is rated IP55 against dust and water and operates from -25°C to 60°C. That rating does not replace checking your own door, so consider how exposed it is and confirm the lock-body size before ordering.
What if the Guardian G12 battery runs out?
The G12 warns you when the battery is low. If it runs out, a power bank on the USB Type-C port gives enough temporary power to open the door and change the battery, and the mechanical key supplied in the box works without any power.

Yes. Voice prompts come in Arabic and English plus six other languages, and the lock says out loud what it is doing while you unlock it or change settings. The G12 sold here is the KSA version in the Mortise 4585 size.

All three Guardian G12 models fit doors from 35 to 55 mm thick and use the Mortise 4585 lock-body size. Measure your door and lock body before ordering, and send Lumive the measurements and photos on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
What warranty does the Guardian G12 have?
The Guardian G12 is covered by Lumive's warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. Repair, exchange or, in some cases, a refund is available, and normal battery wear and misuse are not covered.
